Siegels's Journal, 03 Oct 23

My goal for October is to hover around 140. I probably need to lose 1 more lb of fat, which I'm happy to do over several months of consistent exercise and clean eating. Trying to replace milk as my main source of protein after hearing that it can decrease testosterone. the challenge is to do it without asking my wife to do anything extra.
63.7 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Very considerate of you to not want to incur extra work for your wife. We need to clone you. LOL. I don't drink milk as I am severely lactose intolerant. Not fond of milk alternatives either. I get my calcium from other sources. Get my protein from egg whites, nuts, peanut butter, cheese, legumes, fish, seafood, and meat. Not thrilled with meat but I need a lot of protein.

I also need to cut back on my milk, but not because of the testosterone issue teehee being a girl. But it does have all that sneaky sugar and because I prefer whole milk it has saturated fat and I'm still not got a clear answer on whether I'm allowed to consume saturated fat as an individual with an autoimmune disorder. I keep finding misleading research on whether or not it's healthy for me to consume saturated fat in any form. Of course the same goes for dairy of any sort apparently I can find research going both directions on whether or not I'm allowed to eat dairy as a healthy food in my diet. LOL, I can't lie I get a little irritated with these doctors why they can't get together and decide what is good and just agree with what is allowable food source I'll never know. ^^
