Been away on holiday, ate quite a few things I shouldn't have but I go to Slimming World next week-again! I've damaged my instep and have been told to sit with my leg up, and it could take 4-6 weeks to clear up oh joy!
82.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
