Possibly a little dehydrated since I was away for a couple of days and wasn’t as diligent with my water intake. Feel good about the cut in cardio, maintaining 5x week weights - really have to work on adding a few calories back this week with a focus on increasing intake at lunch and ensuring a minimum of 100 gr protein/day EVERY day.

MOMENT OF GRATITUDE: Had a little romantic getaway to Niagara Falls and boy is life different. Feared the walk up the hill last time, avoided it even, probably could’ve jogged this time. Had delicious Brazilian bbq but kept sides healthier and portioned so enjoyed, indulged, but in a controlled and satisfied way. Then got my ass to the hotel gym this morning and swam this afternoon 😊
69.9 kg Lost so far: 104.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Getting after it from the hotel! Nice work! Niagra looks to me like it really wants to be Las Vegas. Seems like a fun place to bring the kids though 😎

StomachMonkeys - Thanks 😊 And I’m not sure I’d even give it that much credit, more like Atlantic City 😆 But a hotel room with whirlpool tub, view of the Falls, fireworks and delicious meat and seafood on a sword constantly brought to the table = perfect quick getaway!

erikahollister - Thank you so much 😊 It’s taken a bunch of small steps and adjustments along the way but when I did hit a plateau at one point, introducing more protein and lifting weights CHANGED the game for me.
