I started exercising 4 times a week but I am gaining weight 🥺
82.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That is well within a normal daily fluctuation. Keep doing what you’re doing and pay attention to the trend rather than any one measurement. 😎

I agree it is normal. Muscle swelling and stuff. Keep in mind that exercise will tone your body, it’s different from nutrition which is more geared towards weight loss or gain. Good job getting started with exercise!
