Breakfast: Greek yogurt

Lunch: Canned sardine🐟, Super firm tofu, Soybeans pulp bread, Miso soup

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Natto, Chicken soft bones 🐓, Stewed beet and kabocha squash🎃 , Apple 🍎, Nuts 🥜

I think I ate a lot yesterday. Hahaha
45.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.1 kg a Week

🍽️: chicken soft bones= chicken feet ? Never heard of chicken soft bones? I know people who chicken feet here though is like that?

During processing of the chicken carcass, the filleting step generates a by-product known as keel bone cartilage, which is defined as a flexible cartilage that connects the breast muscle of the chicken to the tip of the sternum.

we eat chicken breast cartilage, not feet.
