Got sidetracked with life... still :). Sis brought over BS test kit, so we tested our own... We're both in Pre-Diabetes stage it seems. I don't eat much sugar stuff, but also don't get much exercise, so we've started making some changes. Passover is this wknd and I always lose about 5lbs, staying away from wheat & yeast products, that always helps. Body is actually craving water more also, nice. Tomorrow's another day. Onward hooo... :)
