121 to 117 stress loss
117-118 filling up intestines and getting water back in my system.

Could go either way the next few weeks. Stress, maybe starting back to work after 15-20 years as a stay at home mom (did work 13 years ago part time), trying to de clutter and deep clean…. Who knows if I will continue to have trouble eating or start binging. If I start work where I think I will then yeah this will probably go up lol. Will be bringing food home! If I work at the other place I’m interested in then probably a loss or maintain as it’ll be a lot of standing on my feet, some running errands and dealing with a stressful part of the population.
53.9 kg Lost so far: 19.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Peeps is way less stressed about certain things. Super tired, sore etc even though I’ve been back at work for 4 weeks now. I am feeling my age and then some! I haven’t stepped on the scale for a real weigh in for a bit. I don’t get a lunch so I grab granola bars before work and in my short break. I tend to grab a candy bar too. Or fast food on the way home. So at the end of the day I am around 126-128. I’m afraid morning weight will be similar lol. I broke down and bought some frozen sandwiches that are a bit healthier for the morning. Just doesn’t hold me 7-9 hours.

Nothing wrong with that granola bar. Maybe add your old friend 30g Premier Protein? You're still settling into the groove at work, so take an hour at some point to come up with a plan to possibly meal prep. If not, you'll be fine as long as you aren't too sluggish. Just eat to survive for now. Short term ain't gonna kill you.
