Let's the fast begin, temptations are everywhere for.me when it comes on sweets.
i hope the gym will help this weekend, although I'm always working sitting at my desk 90% of my days!
59.8 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
