Lunch: Salad 🥗, Natto, Miso soup

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Brie cheese, Nuts 🥜
44.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.5 kg a Week

Mid-Autumn Moon Festival is September 29th. Moon cakes are eaten during the festival. You can buy them at Chinese bakeries.

Well they are a treat for the eyes. I used to make a lot more dainty desserts myself. But I'm having a hard time getting my basic tasks done lately with three kids and working overtime every week. My current levels just aren't what they used to being so I just don't get my piping bags out very much anymore. I'm hoping that by adding a few more carbs to my eating and some light evening walking my energy levels will pick up. I done well reducing workload a little bit but now we're critically staffed again at work I've gone right back to working like mad women and I'm unlikely to slow down or have my workload reduced at any time soon soon. I have managed to protect my meal times most days so that I'm able to consume calories and have my energy protein shakes and cheese sticks for the times that I can't.
