Goal is 140, 10% fat, .... but I'm 12% fat.

Amazing. You must work extra hard to stay afloat when swimming. What percent body fat did you start tracking?

I've been as low as 7% 12 years ago when I was inn leash condition at 46, now I've hovered Aarons 12 % for the last 2 years at 58.
