So sad. I don’t gain any weight but I didn’t lose anything either. Stationary isn’t good enough for me! I’m going back to my Tae Bo!!
100.3 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 30.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Tae Bo is good but I suggest you look into other forms of activity. Resistance training can burn a bunch of calories and will help tone your body, too. I noticed that you eat well. Good job!!!

Being sedentary doesn’t work for me either. My body will just use less calories. Lol. You got this!
