I can't seem to loose any more weight!!!
I burnt a ton of calories the other day on the tread mill (920 and only ate about 750 for the day) but I can't seem to loose anything. It's getting frustrating!
103.8 kg Lost so far: 20.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't let it get to you, just stay the course it will come off

Closer you get to goal, the slower it may come off. Not sure why you are eating so little. Up your protein and fiber. Drink your water. You got to fuel your metabolism for it to burn. Changing things up should help you lose, but a pound or half a pound a week is pretty normal.

Yes - Suzi161 is right - are you logging your food elsewhere? it is important to keep track, I think.

I keep track of my food, calories, fat, cholesterol, sodium and fiber on my computer. Generally, Monday thru Friday my calories are between 1300 - 1500. Fat is below 27% (15% average). Cholesterol most of the time is below 90mg (average below 50mg). My sodium is usually below 600mg (rarely above 800mg). (have high blood pressure) Fiber is between 30-50g. Don't track Protein, but maybe I should start.... Weekends vary considerably depending on what I'm doing. I've started taking only water to drink with me to work and upped it to 8 bottles (133 oz.) Needed a break from Ice Tea anyway...

Good for you with the tracking.

Protein is key--I try to get 100g/day. Sometimes the low calorie count makes your body think you're starving. (I know, it sounds funny, with all the excess weight I have, for the body to think that...!) Kicking up the protein should trigger the metabolism. "Just my 2 cents!" :)

Thanks for the protein advice. Tomorrow I'll start tracking it. (time for work now)

According to the CDC, men my age (47) should be getting 56g of protein per day. I ate a little more than usual today, about 250 calories more than normal. I ended up with approximately 72g of protein, so I'm guessing that I'm getting enough. (the extra didn't have much, if any protein). I'm going to try and change some of what I'm eating. Maybe go back to my old food logs and see what I was eating when I was dropping weight. May be that I've slipped in some things I shouldn't eat and quit eating what I should. I was eating more tomato products in the beginning along with salads that I rarely eat now. I'll keep working on it...... Also, the CDC warns that excessive protein can lead to weight gain, so JavaJen, be careful. As long as you are active, you should be ok.
