Uh-oh! It's totally not my fault...my mother tempted me with her awesome cooking last night lol. Starting over anew today!

Jmb3450 you know what I'm talkin about! And if you don't have two huge helpings, Mom will say "What's wrong? Oh no, you didn't like the food". My mom also says "MY babies are gonna eat!" So I had no choice in the matter, unless I wanted to break my momma's heart ;-)

So many people associate food with love, which causes so many problems for people. It is so hard to say no. But you can learn to do it. If its only once a month, then it's not a big deal. But if you do it often, you can might need to have a talk with her. Your chart looks great, so you are doing something right. I miss my moms pea soup and mince.

I usually eat at mom's once or twice a month, so it's probably not hurting my diet too much, but I still cringe when I think of all the potential calories I'm eating. Boy is she a good cook!
