I was doing so well…limited junk and avoided my addiction which is potato chips. Lately eating chips again and snacking all the time. No boundaries.

I’m back on track as of today. No guilt. 😊
69.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My vice this past few weeks has been nacho chips with that cheesy dip (not sure if it’s actual cheese tbh lol). I simply cannot have them in the house!!!

So true!!! I love that fake cheese! You cannot eat one chip. I can’t buy chips or nachos.
