Lunch: Salad 🥗, Natto, Miso soup 🥣

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Sautéed beef and vegetables, Kimuchi, Tofu with spicy sauce, Apple 🍎 and almonds
44.8 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
