Woke at #213 still staying KETO and IF. My trainer has been gone for over a week, so it is very hard for me to get motivated to go to gym, he will be gone for a few more weeks, hopefully will make it to gym a few times. This week is slowly rollllllling by, my wife comes home today after a few weeks vacay, and has her last of 3 surgeries, next Thursday, She won't be able to walk for a while got her a walker and she's got crutches, we will see how that goes. And I'm DO N OK
96.6 kg Lost so far: 97.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
