Only back down by .4 but it's okay because I feel strong. I see and feel a difference in my body. I really notice my endurance running, and less recovery time.
57.6 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
