I did eat quite a lot yesterday
64.8 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I wasted calories eating melted ice cream yesterday. So done with that!!!

There’s some days I am way more hungry! Especially the day after my strength training/HIIT WO. Most days I eat around 1800-1900. When I’m having an extra hungry day, I go over 2200.
