It's nice to see ADF bringing results. Plan to fast another day or two and recapture my prevacation weight. Today is Day 8. It's been tough to do longer fasts since returning home. I was doing weekly 84s fairly easily, and my longest fast since Aug 13 is 62h because I just could not tolerate a longer fast. I really hate suffering for want of food. Yesterday was pretty easy. I might be back in the saddle.
