I've lost 12 lbs in 9 weeks!! What is my Fat Secret - pun intended, NO Flour or other grains, & NO Sugar. I still get miniscule amounts of each, but eat mainly Meat (Beef, Pork, Chicken), eggs, nuts, broccoli, potatoes, & cheese. My mind is clearer off all the Junk / processed foods too! I Miss Pizza so I will have to learn how to make a cauliflower or cheese crust - That will be a good day. (Full disclosure - I spent about a year learning how to stop snacking, learn portion control, loose my urges to stress eat - then I went NO Flour NO Sugar)
97.1 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week
