Well, I know, I know. I probably should not weigh myself EVERYDAY or maybe if I do I should do what I did years ago and list my daily weight in my journal entry and at the end of the week do an average? Oh well, I know it is just a .2 upward but still! I probably ate more than I 'should' and later at night. SO today/tonight I am going to try to not eat past 6 or 7 and not so much! Especially the yogurt. It is NFSF but still it is dairy and I think dairy has a way of keeping the weight on me. Especially if it is cheese, BUT I am not doing cheese since I know that! But again, I will keep on keeping on and build on each day rather than allowing the "IT" box control me. I KNOW I feel better and I am being True to ME :-)
