Eating less, doing more. Proved again. I am shocked, SHOCKED I SAY, at the simplicity.
97.7 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’m trying to find my footing. I am still figuring things out. Glad you have yours and hope to learn from you and others here. I am seeing that it’s not so much the quantity lost but the quality of the loss. Good job!!
