Finally done my period and weight is finally coming off. Took 4 days to see anything happen. Hopefully goes down much quicker now. Been extremely honest with diet recorded on here.
75.9 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
