Down one pound this week! YaY me! Hubby has lost nearly 8 pounds in two weeks. I am working harder at Ketocycle than he is!!! We each ate one egg and one piece of bacon for Sunday breakfast.Sunday lunch and dinner for me was salads with avocado and chicken strips. (Salad was from a Mexican restaurant that I took home as a to-go box for supper. Hubby ate tamales, beans and rice for lunch) I Snacked on Omega-3 trail mix mid afternoon.. Hubby added Spam to his supper, and still drinking milk at bedtime, but skipping the cookies. Is this quite fair? I will say, my bedtime glucose was 88 and I ate some peanut butter to make sure it didn't drop too low overnight. So ketocycle is running my blood sugar lower. That's a plus! His morning blood sugar 126, mine 132. Today same breakfast, with Keto coffee as a snack for me. Aiming for salads again today. Will see how this works out today.
Adding 25 minutes of pilates stretching today.
