I've been super hungry and eating more junk food than usual. Increase in appetite is probably from the intense workouts last week. So fortunately not much impact of the extra calories--hopefully some of it is building more muscle.
71.3 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
