Weight is moving down now with the increased intensity and 2800kCal plan.
My road to 1000lb Club will be put on hold for now. Over this last week, I've been reminded of why I stopped going heavy. My joints are really starting to feel it and I'm reintroducing support sleeves to my post workout recovery.
Going to go back into the original program and build progressively.
My 2800kCal will remain the same for now.
Might go slightly lower to 2650kCal in 3 weeks time. Looking for that little bit more of lean muscle.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
