My body seems to like it here around 136-137. I bumped down just over 135 for a minute after vacation. I seem to get back there. I know if I cut my calories back more I could do it. But my body also seems to be enjoying what I've been eating 😏 I'm eating reasonable amounts & I want to be sure I have enough fuel for workouts. My waist is still measuring 30" & my clothes fit fine.

I aggravated my right arm & it's been twinging since Monday. I swear I don't think I overdid it. I've been trying to push myself, but I'm not lifting any huge amount by any stretch of the imagination. Sometimes, I'm almost embarrassed to say what weight I do when I see what others are able to do. I remind myself, it's all about me & improving on what I can lift, not someone else. I also had to start over at square one about mid way after injuring myself. I do think I actually saw a tiny muscle flexing my arms yesterday 😀 I was going to focus on lower body yesterday but ended up doing more upper. I waited on a guy on the leg curl machine for awhile...he was taking forever. Turned my back & someone else jumped on 🙄 Both leg press machines were busy, too. In the end, I decided to give it a go on Friday. I do RDL's & Squats with free weights every time.

The weather has cooled off just a bit & is very nice. I've been sitting outside after watering the outdoor plants.

I put a Pork tenderloin in a marinade earlier. The last one I did was really good....hope this one is, too.

Guess I've lollygagged long enough. Gonna go inside & do a little house cleaning.
61.8 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
