I’ve really let myself go the last few months, not counting foods, snacking on junk and not following the plan. I’m pissed at myself for putting 10 pounds back on. No excuses it’s all on me. Today it’s time to get serious again. Just venting 😁

Sometimes we are our own worst enemy and just need to get back with the program. I follow a couple of you and know you are on maintenance and it’s very inspiring to me. Don't blame yourself too much, it happens. You maybe had an emotional hard time. Just take it back as it is now and go back to an easy to follow diet routine, with mastered treats. Aim at easier even if it means longer run.
