Breakfast: Frozen banana, Skyer yogurt, Homemade protein bar with Almond butter

Lunch: Canned mackerel, Mushroom, Natto

Dinner: Salad, Broiled smelt fishes, Beet soup
44.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
