So this week 2300 calories with average of 180-200 protein. hitting for same hurt my shoulder so I cant do shoulders or chest for 1-2 weeks hopefully I don't compromise myself.
88.3 kg Lost so far: 19.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
