im super stoked! after a 5 wk travel vacation which had a lot of eating at baseball stadiums, restaurants and take out, I still managed to maintain my weight and not gain. this is a great breakthrough on my path to my lifestyle change. imagine what I could have achieved if I had steered clear of the many temptations I indulged in. I had pizza and popcorn and chinese food and hamburgers and lots of ice cream. but I also had healthy breakfasts and logged 8 to 10k steps each day. now im home and going back to a few months of keto style eating. my weight loss goal is still in sight although im quite behind. hopefully I wont have to move my target dates.
88.3 kg Lost so far: 26.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
