Another great workout. TUT, TUT, TUT. I have to mind myself with my strength endeavors, TUT is where I need to be to grow.
Still sticking to my 2800kCal. I had sushi last night as a cheat and still stayed within my kCal. Sushi isn't bad anyways. It was a nice treat. I really want to stay away from our family meals that consist of high bad fats and numerous ingredients that I can't even read. We'll probably steer towards these once a month but my performance the next day has been extremely hit or miss - moreso miss, so it will have to be limited until I am happier with my body composition. I like 2 steps forward and 1 step back, but where I can, I'd like to go 10 steps forward. This is where I can.
I want to not for myself: I was going through my data and videos, I saw that I was eating 3100kCal at my previous peak. Though I was much leaner. This was in 2021. I'm pretty sure I weighed in at 145lbs and I was on 3100kCal for quite a while without fat gain. Gonna need look into that further.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
