Breakfast: Frozen banana 🍌, Homemade protein bar

Lunch: Salad with chicken salad

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Natto, Vegetable soup, Brie cheese, Sautéed chicken soft bones(Cartilage)*, Nuts 🥜
*You might think “That’s weird to eat them”, but there are lots of collagen.
44.4 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
