I tried intermittent fasting yesterday. Lost 2.4 pounds. It might be water weight. But I noticed my glucose levels was 80 fasting this morning with blood ketone at 0.5. I fasted yesterday eating 530 calories between 2pm-8pm. Thanks Drag for your help with answering my questions on IF. I'll keep playing around with it. Getting ingredients today for bone broth. Have a great day everyone!
