Today was Leg Day, that means its a hungry day!
My current 2800kCal still shows well on my road to the 1000lb Club. This has me motivated to get to the gym. I've been going in at 2:45am so I can have the gym to myself as well as get myself recorded for form, progress and memories 😄.
Currently I'm at a total of 835lbs. The next few workout are support workouts. Excited to get into next week. One day at a time.
I think I'm losing size in the mid section area... though I'm not taking progress pictures, I feel less bulge when lean to the side.
Eating much more vegetables now to get a fuller feeling with meals. So far so good 👍🏽
73.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
