Down again. Eating more protein bars, shakes, and less overall... except for Spaghetti. Love that stuff. I have eaten spaghetti with meat sauce for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a day before. I'll do it again but with a higher exercise intensity.
97.3 kg Lost so far: 17.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
