It is difficult to eat enough and of the correct things. Other things seem to influence how I feel and how I react to everything else. I want to stick with my cultures main diet. In the Mediterranean they try to follow a diet rich in olive oil, fresh vegetables, salads, fruits, and nuts, and fresh baked breads, which is more how I grew up in this style. I know I must limit my breads, and my fats as well as good fats to loose weight. I have chosen this diet on another site as well.
