Okay! We are bringing it down slightly. 3000kCal to 2800kCal. Let's see how we progress over the next 2 weeks in the gym.
Happy with my size, I would like less fat around the mid section as well. I know that comes from nutrition. With a less active role in my work and reduced kCal, we need to make adjustments to see results. Lets gooooo!
73.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
