Felt good to see that on the scale. This weight is coming off slow - my diet must be very close to maintenance. Luckily I have been having good gym workouts so that has been good.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
