Holding steady during post recomp maintenance re-feeding. Month 2 final results with measurements and such will be in 2 weeks, this is a midway checkin - still 1600-1700 cal average, 2-4 lifting sessions, walks have been minimal due to the shit weather - somedays i truly miss having a treadmill. or an income for a gym membership to use a treadmill ! I may need to consider an online career, a girl needs her money ya know but also naps...
73.5 kg Lost so far: 71.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
