I had sweat pants and a sweat shirt on it was heavy so, I took it off and weighed my self in a t-shirt and my underwear, like I always do.
87.4 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
