Ugh. I am stressed out too and not losing much. My labs were so much better though.

Stress and lack of sleep can really make it hard to lose weight. Your healthy eating habits will pay off and may also help you deal with stress more effectively. Try not to add lack of weight loss to your list of things to be stressed about. The lbs will drop off. It is a lifetime committment.

Stress will do it... There is ALOT going on around me as well. I try to separate myself from it by meditating, observing it when it comes to mind, and then realizing that there is nothing I can do about those certain things. Once my mind realizes this, it fades away. During the day, when it comes back, I remind myself of that again. It fades again. It kinda feels like I'm in an invisible bubble of protection, hard to explain. It does take practice. Sometimes work can be really hard when your employer has high expectations of you. I've had to remind my former boss & myself that I am only human many times before. I hope things get better for you!
