Had some pizza yesterday late afternoon with the kids.
Have a bloated look today because of the increased sodium intake as expected.
Skipped the Thursday pasta dinner afterwards and had some rice and grilled chicken instead to offset the pizza. Can't imagine my look today with pizza AND pasta 🤣
Should come down by tomorrow.
Today's workout was great. Really good sweat. I actually had to catch sweat 😅
It was PULL B today so mostly support work with 1 strength exercise: Weighted Pull ups. Felt awesome and love how much my grip strength is coming along.
Will start recording times I'm in the gym as well. Different times of day bring different strength levels, at least in my experience
73.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I LOVE pizza, but find the same…especially dare I say, as I get older lol, the sodium does a number on my body!!
