Feels like I psyched myself out the last few days building up to today's leg day with Squats.
Last rotation was scary because of the loose bone in my knee. Pushed through that today with safety. I feel accomplished! 😆 but it was eating away at me the last few workouts hahaha. It was affecting my focus and I was unknowingly undereating on my kCal 😆 had to play catch up the last couple of days. But I still seemed to gain weight. I was over conscious of my knee 🫥 thinking about setting up surgery for it...
Noting that the first leg day, i was extremely sore and I just recovered fully yesterday.
I need to start taking body pics as I'm not sure how my body is progressing with the current kCal.
I want to see what foods are doing to my body now. Pasta seems to get me bloated but satisfies my leg days lol
