feeling great today,I'm finding this change of life style to be very easy, I am counting my calories, watching not to go over and getting great results! wish I would have done this sooner.
88.0 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
