I so failed my personal challenge!! I wanted to lose 9 pounds before my birthday, I was 3.8 lbs away from my goal by the end of January and totally fell off the wagon. I am now 1 pound heavier than I was before I started my challenge, and my birthday has come and gone :(
It's going to be hard to get motivated again after failing so miserably!!
