Lunch: Salad 🥗 with Chicken tender, Miso Soup

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Ahi tuna, Brie cheese with clacker, Natto, Apple 🍎 and nuts 🥜
45 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
