Today was scary 😅
It's been a long while since I've done Barbell Squats due to me left knee (I have loose cartilage floating around in there). Last time I went this heavy was April 2022.
I have to say I did pretty well though, but I could feel my hamstrings and glutes cramping up. Had to adjust my workout to avoid locking up or cramping but it worked out for leg day B.
Today is Pasta day too soooo this leg day was intentionally intense. Earned these calories today 😅 and the poutine I ate yesterday for my son that didn't want it anymore 😁😁😁
73.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
