A less motivated day indeed...
Can't all be good days.
Discipline just barely got me through today. I skipped out on a few exercises today and I'm pretty disappointed in that.
Feeling mehh
Gotta get my life pillars up today. I think I consumed bad information yesterday or could be good head knocking realization information - it's nesting mentally somewhere in the back of my mind.

They can’t all be zingers, brother! Some days will be more of a poop than a pump. You have made me curious as to what bad info you may have consumed though…if you’re willing to share. If its personal though, no worries…

I've been on a somewhat lone wolf journey with the wife and kids the last 4 years and even more so the last year. Yesterday, I came across a couple of quotes on my feeds: "Take the next 3 months and put that time to your future self Commit to something that you're going to thank yourself for doing a year from today." Loved it as I normally plan my life 3 months at a time focusing on different life pillars for self growth - not here to waste my time on Earth 🙏🏽 I've been very thankful for getting this process going for myself. Then I came across: "Some people were not put here to evolve. They are here to remind of what it looks like if you don't." Hit close to home and got me thinking about people I moved on from and people I surround myself with today. I still got ways to go and more people to meet. Seeing how far you've come is great, but seeing people stuck, sucks. We've come a very long way the last 4 years. And I'm thankful for my fitness journey as it's redirected and strengthened my mindset from what I once was. It's just tough remembering who you leave behind in the process. Growth isn't an easy process. It's so easy to revert back to when it was easy. But this will all be worth it. Bounce back tomorrow 🙏🏽

I feel you. Been there, and cone back to visit once in a while. Just remember that sometimes the best thing you can do for the people around you is to be the example. It sucks not being able to bring everyone along on our journeys, but everyone has their own priorities in life, and aside from raising children, it is not our place to attempt to mold or form behaviours (unless we are asked for help, of course). The best we can do is hope that they gain some inspiration from our examples while we try to stay on top of our own battles. You got this bud, and we got you. 💪 💥 🤛

Dont be disappointed because you skip excercises today. Tomorrow is another day to get back on track. I try to bike and take the dog for a walk every day but sometimes that doesnt happen.
