It was a gain. 1.6 pounds. I am not sure exactly how I made out at the fair for calories. I do know I made fairly decent choices while I was there. I had one high calorie day for sure when I got home. Otherwise I have been eating well. My guess is there was at least 3 days of higher calories and that resulted in the gain.

The plan is to persevere this coming week. I expect it will be successful.

The Fair was fun! Very hot. I saw lots of old friends. Since I have been home I have subbed, chaired a meeting and worked on my father in law's house - never ending story!
85.1 kg Lost so far: 36.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
